Local — Pittsburgh

Center for Cardiac Arrest Survival (CCAS)

Community trainings in CPR/AED and other lifesaving skills. Host a session for your school, church, or neighborhood, or join an existing class.

CCAS also runs Project Community LIFESAVER, training local residents and volunteers to respond in their own neighborhoods.

Become a Community Responder with PulsePoint

Allegheny County supports PulsePoint. If you’re CPR‑trained, download the app and enable alerts to be notified when someone nearby may need CPR; the app can also show nearby AEDs.
