clinical opportunities
The Post Cardiac Arrest Service is committed to advancing the science of recovery for our patients.
We benefit tremendously when scholars visit from around the world to share knowledge and practices. Over the past two decades, we have hosted short and long-term visiting professors or students from Korea, Japan, Colombia, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands, Australia, and other regions.
Visitors are not allowed to practice clinically in our system. Instead, we try to arrange collaborative clinical or basic research projects with visiting scholars. These are most successful with some advanced planning prior to a visit. Observation of and discussion about our local practice from EMS to rehabilitation is encouraged.
Arranging a visit requires scheduling and, depending upon the duration, may require a visa. Please contact us directly to discuss details if you are interested.
